I'm contemplating starting an Eldar army to go alongside my Necrons and Tyranids (something about Xenos...)

I'm interested in running a group of Warp Spiders or two, as well as Swooping Hawks as I like the look of the models

Two questions regarding Warp Spiders/Swooping Hawks

1) What's the best way to use Spiders and Hawks?

2) What units are going to compliment the two units best?

Eagerly await your replies

One can do crazy things with Warp Spiders.
Once, against Nids with my Eldar, my army stood back waiting until the fast moving bugs were threatening the front ranks.
Then the Spiders, full unit, stepped into the swarm, shot the Warriors lagging a bit behind and then moved into a ruin behind the swarm. All in one turn. My opponent got nuts.
