Cultist may not take Rhino Transports

I know that sucks! They should have made them some open topped trucks that can carry 20 cultists! They should also have been given 10 point quick demolition charges strapped to their chests.

Why give the cultists flamers? They will crumple if anyone looks at them hard... so their goal is to be as non threatening as possible.
You would save 30 points by stripping out the flamers.

Land raiders seat 5 terminators, so your lords walking unless you cut back a model.

Better idea for lord, put him on a bike without a mark, replace the combi bolter on the bike with the brand, and run him in a squad of bikers.

If you drop the land raider, you could get together 35 more points to add Abadon... FNP Abadon is hilarious.

Flamers require you to be within 8". Most units that care about eating a flamer template can kill 10 T3 6+ bodies in a round of shooting at 8". Cultists are for taking objectives... and maaayyybbee holding up a riptide or something in CC. Though with 10 bodies most stuff will just hack through them(except riptides). You need real 50 man blobs to hold down a specialist CC unit.

Cultist upgrades are generally all traps, besides plague zombies. Those are legit.

Thing with abby is at I AP2 and AP 3 to save your axe wielders asses.

Though you can also just take 4 and stick the lord in the raider.

That pred... shouldn't it still have an auto cannon? Seems like it has a bit of dakka, and provides some nice anti SEQ(scout equivalent). Though it is costing you 95 points. Funnily enough, exactly as much as one of those bike squads.

In general though... you seem to be a bit weak to hordes. If your going to have a slaneshi lord, might as well take some noise marines. A blast master can do wonders.
