Whats the psychic strategy? Never leave home without your spell familiar. Horrors would be more useful than plaguebearers.
You can get away without armour on your nurgle princes. Automatically Appended Next Post: Noise marines aren't troops unless you have a lord of slaanesh. 5 without a vehicle wont do much anyway.

Daemonology on one and Biomancy on the other. Dropped the melta and icon on noise marines. I agree its more of a Nurgle list at this point. May as well just roll with plague marines and have the T5 and FNP.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Why Horrors?

However you go, you'll still need a Chaos Lord with the appropriate mark to unlock either Plague Marines or Noise Marines as troops. I'll echo everyone else's comments on here that a little more focused strategy would be good. In general a Demon Prince psyker from the CSM book is going to be less point efficient than one from the Demons book, because of having to roll on their Mark table, although a spell familiar here is less important (arguably) given the new psyker rules.
For me, I'd run a couple Cultist squads, a Nurgle Prince with Wings and the Mace (add psychic powers if you want), an unmarked lvl3 Sorcerer on a bike, the Spawn and Heldrake, and the Obliterators. Frankly the Forgefiend seems a little out of place and could be replaced by a couple Maulerfiends to give you more forward threats. Tack on a Nurgle Prince from the Demons book, some troop unit (Nurglings for cheap infiltrating scorers or Horrors), and a Slanneshi Grinder with Torrent and you've got a pretty round list imo.
To get to the right points, add Obliterators, perhaps a Plague Marine squad in a Rhino, or more objective camping Cultists to achieve what you need.
Just my 2 cents! Good luck!
P.S. - just saw your "Why Horrors?" question. Mainly for cheap access to Summoning or shooting. Plaguebearers became less desirable because of the changes to cover and poisoned. Demonettes are still good because of the high volume of rending hits and how fast they are. Bloodletters are still the worst option. Nurglings got better because of the change to Swarms wound allocation and the fact they are now objective secured.

I would say the spell familiar is vital if you are planning any summoning, the psychic phase is crap enough without failing key rolls.
Horrors are great for extra warp charge. 16 with an icon is optimum I reckon for 3 dice and help with scatter. In cover they are almost as survivable as plaguebearers thanks to rerolling ones. Yes they suck at combat, but so do plaguebearers.
And 1/6 of the time you will be able to turn your horrors into a greater daemon, so thats funny too.
