So I have two and a half boxes of the Stormclaw SWs sitting there, a couple of razorbacks and a couple of LRC, how should I build it?

Assuming you mean 25 SW in PA and around 10 termies:

I'd go for 2 5-mn GH squads in Razorbacks with special and wolf guard pack leader with matching combi.

15 Blood Claws to throw in a LRC

6 Termies, Arjac (convert one) and Krom in another LRC

Build the rest of the termies as Lone Wolves to DS and annoy things.

Maybe convert any spare Wolves/Krom if you have one into a Wolf Priest with the GH bits (its easy to make one, I can explain how if you want) to lead the Blood Claws

Gives you a hard, fast mechanised force.

I have my GH setup with 2 meltas and that's it. With the point hike, anything else makes them too expensive IMO. I run my WG TDA with 3 SS/TH and 2 combi melta/chainfist.

So I went for:
Krom
Rune Priest with the stone
Iron Priest
Wolf Lord
14 blood claws with a wolf guard
3 units of ten grey hunters, two with two meltas, one with two plasma
5 man CC scout squad with two plasma pistols
10 terminators with shield and hammers, one as Thor (forget his name)
5 wolf guard with claws
a handful of lone wolves, all with shields and various PW
5 man long fangs with plasma cannons and plasma gun

Probably not optimal but workable I think?

Certainly, you've got easily 1700 there I think, throw in some transports or TWC for some speed and you've got a very nice list!
