I'm not feeling this list. its seems vulnerable to both hordes and high AV. AM/IG, tau, and eldar would all out shoot it. Flyer spam Nids would laugh... any Nid list other tan a fluff bunny list actually would laugh.

This list might excel against a 4th edition Cron list and 7th Edition DAs or Chaos. Are sisters still an army?

I only really made it up this list for fun in all honesty. That and I'm thinking about allying in a small IF force for my Iron Hands, for the sole purpose of trying to get something out of heavy bolters, because I love how they look, but hate that they suck.

add a nasty fortification for some flyer support and cover saves with good LOS. Then you will really be IF and it will sure up some of the weaknesses.
