Can a Inq. lord with termi armor deepstrike?

I'm thinking no, since he must have 2 henchmen, neither of which may have termi armor.  But could one decide to not play the 2 henchmen, and let the lord deepstrike alone?

You can never decide to take the lord solo.

Suit up the henchmen is termie suits!

While humorous, that is not legal.

IIRC, henchmen are limited to 15pts of wargear and Termie suits cost 20-25pts.

Sorry mate, the only way to deepstrike is to wait until after all of the hendchmen have died. Of course, that means you are already on the table...
