I'm wondering if anyone could give me some insight as to how I might be able to achieve getting a hold of something or some way that might allow for me to make my own transfers and or stencils for airbrushing designs, logos and such onto miniatures of the 28mm catagory, I'm not really interested in the pre-defined decals and such that I have seen thus far, unless anyone happens to know where I can get ahold of tiny stars, hearts, teddy bears etc.

I'm completely in the dark as to how i might go about obtaining / creating custom stencils and or transfers and the idea of scalpel cutting them all out of masking tape just does not seem very practical given the small size and nature of the designs.

If anyone could point me in a direction that might help it would be super appreciated.

Look for fingernail decals; they're the right size and you'll probably find designs similar to what you are looking for.

Look for decals from girlish toys.

Fingernail art may offer some nice ready-made options, considering the theme. You can also purchase printable (laser or inkjet) transfer film on carrier paper. If you can grab/edit some stock images of what you want, you can print your own waterslide decals. Would certainly allow for more detail than stencils.
