It looks like a great compromise between heldrake coolness and Nurgle style. The bones and overgrown, organic legs feel Nurgly, and at the same time it still looks like a dragon, not like a mass of guts or an oversized FW Plague Drone (not that oversized plague drones aren't cool in their own way). Reminds me of this old Chaos champ. Also, I love the colours.
