I'd probably shuffle the warp spiders into one unit, but take one out for a swooping hawk - the hawk's grenade pack becomes a large blast at more than 5 models, and guide or other buffs on the spiders will affect more models if the unit is larger (you won't guide the bikes, or the WS, the DA will probably be inside the WS).

Other than that, not much to suggest, looks solid.

Instead of above, drop the random extra dire avenger, and the singing spear for the extra swooping hawk.

My concern with dropping the spear is my lack of Anti-tank.
I expect to be playing agains mech tau, and worry that I won't be able to cope.

My concern with grouping the spiders was more of a tactical one. Two squads will be able to be in more places at once than one.

But assuming I find a way to fit in that extra hawk, are there any flaws to this list?

The one spear wont be much anti tank. The extra hawk is well worth it. The 2 warp spider squads behind rear armor should be plenty of anti tank. The wave serpent does spectacular against side armor also.
