I recently picked up some ogryn, and i noticed that you can make nork out of them but he seems almost useless unless you play CCS..which i don't, i'm just wondering if he can actually be played solo and join any squad or what?

Sadly Nork is specifically a bodyguard for your company commander. He's a damn good one - but only really worth it if you've either got a commander worth protecting (Creed) or especially are trying to make a close assault command section (Straken).
