OK

As pissed off (jealous) as I am as a CSM player that GK terminators are only 2 pts more for a host of bonuses than what I can, I can only stop and feel almost happy. Hopefully the gigantic point drop in GK terminators shows that the writers finally realized the true worth of terminators, and that the aren't worth over double what the PA counterparts are. It's too easy to feel jipped if you play termis with another faction but it at least seems possible competitively priced terminators are here.

Does anybody else share this sentiment?

Completely agree, it's definitely a step in the right direction. They are cool units so it would be nice if they were a bit more usable, competitively speaking.

5000 pts Blood Angels
3000 pts Tyranids

It'll be interesting to see whether or not this point decrease will also translate into cheaper TDA for HQ choices and make it competitive compared to taking artificer armour/equivalents alongside a bike.

Well, I found that SM Termies were always overpriced. The TH/SS Termies cost even more.
The new GK Termies, however, seem to be well priced. They are an attractive option to get around of Strikes who got nerfed.
