I have recently moved from the UK to Beaufort SC and I'm going through that difficult time of trying to find a new gaming club.

I have played 40K since Rogue Trader days, *wipes small nostalgic tear*, but due to moving across the world I am yet to get a game of 7th. I have Guard, Eldar and 'Nids along with a few bits of terrain and a battlemat so I'll play on a kitchen table if that's what it takes lol.

So out goes the call, is there anybody within sensible driving distance of Beaufort SC who has the patience to kill me lots as I learn 7th? Is there a local club nearby who does 40K? Are there any random strangers who need a couple of beers while I talk about little plastic soldiers for an evening? Did you guys really land on the moon......?

Anyways, gimme a shout.

I'm from Upstate SC, so about 4 hours drive from you but I'm pretty sure there is a group in Myrtle Beach which is pretty local to you. Also, Columbia which is about 2 hours? away from you. I'd also check Georgia, and North Carolina. Sometimes crossing the state border is quicker than driving across the state.

I want to believe, so I'm in the yes camp.

It is a long-ish drive, but if you are willing to go an hour and fifteen minutes on seventeen we have a 40k group in Charleston that plays every Saturday at Hobbytown Sam-Rittenburg.

We've got a growing group in Charleston who plays all sorts of stuff. Mainly 15mm Battlegroup at the moment but we all have lots of 40k as well even though none of us has played 7th. As of now there is 4 of us ranging from 23 to 31. We play at my house in a large detached garage with a dedicated beer fridge, usually one whole day a weekend.

Hey bud I just moved to Hilton Head and would love to get in a few games! My collection contains only marines at the moment, but I am pretty well versed with 7th. I also have a realm of battle board if we need one.
