OK. I have come up with this. I feel it's not yet perfected. I'm contemplating dropping the slannesh contingent altogether and adding a third tzeench herald along with more screamers. At the moment I also feel I'm a little light on anti armour as Be'Lakor is my only save there along with the screamers potential. Hence I'm contemplating more screamers. If I dropped the slannesh herald I'd end up with more warp charges, but I'd lose rolls on telepathy. That is arguably saved by Be'Lakor having access to all the powers.
Here it is...
+++ Daemon (1498pts) +++
+++ 1500pt Chaos Daemons: Codex (2013) Roster (Combined Arms Detachment)) +++
+ HQ + (760pts)
* Be'lakor, The Dark Master (350pts)
* Daemonic Heralds (410pts)
* Herald of Slaanesh (110pts)
Psyker Level 2, Steed of Slaanesh
* Herald of Tzeentch (150pts)
D6 Exalted Daemonic Reward (Grimoire) , Disc of Tzeentch, Psyker Level 3
* Herald of Tzeentch (150pts)
D6 Exalted Daemonic Reward (Portalglyph) , Disc of Tzeentch, Psyker Level 3
+ Troops + (432pts)
* Pink Horrors of Tzeentc
16x Pink Horrors (144pts)
* Pink Horrors of Tzeentch
16x Pink Horrors (144pts)
* Pink Horrors of Tzeentch
16x Pink Horrors (144pts)
+ Fast Attack + (306pts)
* Flesh Hounds of Khorne
6x Flesh Hounds (96pts)
* Screamers of Tzeentch
6x Screamers (150pts)
* Seekers of Slaanesh
5x Seekers (60pts)

You sought to cower behind your walls, weakling? Instead, by the will of Khorne, you shall die behind them |

Yeah, I've also been thinking that. I was told they're a very good unit. So I felt compelled to include them. I don't tend to even use them in my khorne army. I'm thinking about ploughing their points into more screamers. I had a second list in mind whereby you ditched the slannesh herald, the seekers and the hounds, I increased the screamers by one and added in another 2 heralds of tzeench at level 3 on discs. It makes the list quite mono and quite boring though.

OK, this is what happens if I drop the slannesh contingent and go pure Tzeench. I feel it's quite boring. But is saved by the fact I can summon. Meaning I can call in a variety of units like flesh hounds, blood crushers, daemonettes, plague drones, Greater daemons etc.
So is this more competitive?

Little units of flesh hounds Can be quite good.
They scout up, and the opponent is like, ah have to kill that or ittle get me. (only works if you go first mind, otherwise they get two rounds of shootign at you.)
THis unit is small enough to hide, but what you can do, is go to gorund in terrain (bonus if a defence line) and get a decent over save. Then in your turn, gets the fearless power on them form belakor and they are straight back up for assault. And very few points.
Ok you dropped them, NM, haha
Summoning is kinda crazy, if you have the models it might work, try it. Biggest risk is a determined multiassault, as this can just wipe you out in one turn due to instability.
