Considering something like this for my Grey knights using the new formation. Dreads and interceptors would start on board along with purifiers. Combat squad pretty much everyone unless it's purge the alien. Have the librarians come in with terminators. Have the interceptors and dreads shunt move first turn to attempt to put some heavy pressure on enemy lines while the deep strikers arrive. also this gives me 19 Warp charges if all is on the board which is a considerable amount for defense and offense. Also keeping my librarians a bit spread out for psychic hood defensive goodness.

It's really kinda nit-picking but that rhino is screaming First Blood. Removing it and you probably have to ditch the purifiers too.

I'd consider another 10-man interceptor unit and a coms relay in place of the purifiers. Same bodies, less likely FB (if you spread out) and better control of your reserves.

I would drop the purifiers and the 5 man strike squad and a librarian. Add landraiders or stormravens( id add stormravens.)

Liber is 25 points to given up a power of your chosen discipline (as you'll have to swap for Primaris) to gain a roll on Santic, just not really worth it. Nor is having 2 lvl3 guys.

What is your plan against an army with vehicles? You have no AT fire at all except 1 Dreadknight. Get Psycannons on every unit that can take them except Interceptors who are good with Incinerators as you have them. Whilst you don't need all the CC upgrades, a couple of hammers are useful and Interceptors greatly benefit from massed Falcions as they have 1 attack otherwise stick with swords.

As others have stated the Purifiers don't really fit and their Rhino gives up first blood.

I don't see why you'd take more than 1 troops choice with this formation. You get more wounds and more Psycannons from Paladins over normal Terminators and you can give them FnP in an affordable manner. Psycannons are the backbone of an effective Grey Knight list they provide the AT and AMC fire you need.
