Looks like those PAGK were meant to be Purifiers. Sadly, Psycannons wielded by Power Armor have been totally neutered...

The current "list-to-be" is a Level 3 Librarian, 2 terminator squads, 3 Dreadknights, Interceptors and Draigo to fill points.

You can run a list similar to the one I run for the time being (I used to do Purifiers, too)

Nemesis Strikeforce Detachment
HQ - Crowe
Troops - 10 Terminators
Elites - 2 Dreadnoughts, a Squad of 9 purifiers in a rhino
Heavy Support - squad of 5 Purgators with 4 Psycannons with a razorback

Crowe gets in the rhino with the Purifiers, they drive up board and try to cut someone up with Halberds. Dreadnoughts stand back and shoot with the Purgators/razorback.
Terminators Combat squad and try to deep strike.
This list doesn't take much advantage of Strike Forces Command Benefit, so you can split the Terminators into 2 squads of 5 for your troops and just a Combined Arms detachment, would probably be more useful until you get more deep strike capability.

You should buy Nemesis Dreadknights first

Hope this helped

Well, you've forgotten Dreadknights one of the best units in the codex.
With teleporters they are a serious threat to any army out there.

Psycannons are still useful, you just have to accept being stationary. Once you get to midfield via deek strike or some other means they you can sit still on an objective and shoot. Take 10 combat squad two into one and the other squad keeps on the move. Shooty OS troop with good output. Even better throw them in a rhino spend one turn moving and then just fire out the hatch. Now its another OS unit

I would run the strike squads as purifiers since that seems to be how they were kitted out. Throw them in Rhinos

Terminators as troops

Sounds like a solid start
