It's for dealing with grav centurions dropping on my side. Or seerstar. Or seekerstar. Tourney I am going to allows flamers to hit invisible stuff (just makes you BS1) so should be a good deathstar counter. Failing that it can really hurt any kind of backfield objective holding unit of theirs. Even broadsides in a bunker are toast!

My feedback;
I think you need to find the points for weave on the lords as it really hurts their ability to tank high strength mid AP shots eg Tau missiles.

It is a fairly typical 7th edition Necron list. Lots of Av13, lots ObSec units and transports, and CCB lords.
