With psycannons changing to Salvo weapons a question came up in a game. I had a unit of purifiers inside a Rhino. The Rhino had moved in my previous turn (it moved flat out so the models inside couldn't shoot at all). An enemy unit charged it in the following turn.
As per the rules with Transports, my Purifiers opted to fire Overwatch.
The question is, do they count as having moved for the purposes of their Salvo weapons? Normally this isn't an issue because even heavy weapons can be fired as snap shots with all their shots.

Salvo Weapons: A model armed with a Salvo weapon can move and fire at a target up to half its maximum range away.... If the model has not moved, it can instead fire a greater number of shots at a target up to the weapon's maximum range
There's no mention in the Salvo rule about Overwatch and whether the model counts as having moved if the it moved in the previous player's turn (your turn). And the movement rules do not state whether a model is considered 'moved' for the following player's turn for the purposes of shooting.
