If you're fielding Knights, field them in pairs or in the Lance formation. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother, a single Knight isn't strong enough solo unless paired with another threat. Gerontius is way overpriced, I'd just take two.

Also you have TWC, they're far more deadly (and extremely good against other Knights). TWC and a Knight might be okay, but why not just take 12 TWC?
