It is only AV 13, but it is an "Impassible" building not a small, medium, or large one. It is about the same size as a bastion, which is a medium building.

Its not really the same size as a bastion. Its the same height, but not near as wide.
Some people play it as a large building just because of the height though.

Buildings don't have hullpoints so it does not matter what size it is.
It is destroyed by rolling a Total Collapse result from building damage table after a penetrating hit.

consider the inside of the building as counting towards size and you see that total volume of building is greater for the bastion.
If you just consider square footage that the building covers so to speak they are pretty similar though.

Would it being undefined by the Rules mean that it has an incomplete profile?
Is there something in the book which relates to undefined values on a Models profile?

Buildings have Hull Points just like vehicles. A bastion is a "Medium Building" meaning that it has 4 Hull points.
