What sounds better?
Getting an extra melee AP2 S10 Armorbane attack with the Killsaw at WS4?
Or
One shot Skorcha Template AP4 S5?(correct me if that's incorrect I don't have my book on me)
Or
One shot Rokkit 24'in AP3 S8 at BS 2?
I mostly have games against Power Armor, with one player who is Eldar and one Tau.
I can't see a reason why I wouldn't take dual kill saws, what do you guys think?

I usually run 2 Manz with kombi skorchas (Str5 AP4) and the boss with a killsaw. It works out pretty solid. Only downside is making your charge distance further by toasting umies with the flamer.

One pair of killsaws on a mob of 3, two pairs of killsaws on a mob of five. Any more is just massive overkill on anything but maybe a super-heavy.
I wouldn't bring any skorchas at all for MANz, they can't fire overwatch, so the template is often left unused. Better give that skorcha to boyz mob or boyz another upgrade for your army.
Never buy combi-rokkits, ever. You are paying five points for a weapon which only hits once in one out of three games.
Also don't forget to bring a boss pole, it vastly increases the MANz staying power.

Always take a set of killsaws. If it doesn't tear apart any vehicle it swings at, the other Klaws will finish it. I have punched a Land Raider to death in a round of combat with a killsaw meganob. It's really funny.

The rokkit does give it a little bit more threat range though... If their Trukk goes down and they can only go 6" a turn, the rokkit allows them to fire a shot each before they get into Shoota range... Automatically Appended Next Post: And it can make up its points against marines... If it hits 1/3, then in 3 games you're paying 15 points. A marine is 16 points so...

For the guy who leaves it all on the field (because he doesn't pick up after the game).

I Don't like Combi-Rokkits on anything. Combi-Skorchas are a reasonable choice, but as mentioned, they can take you out of charge range, and charging is what MANZ should be doing.
One Kill-saw nob is a very tempting choice. 10 points for an extra attack and armourbane. Probably a good call. But MANZ are plenty expensive to begin with and Klaws can deal with armor pretty well to begin with. It is a good upgrade, but not required. 3 PK MANZ work just fine.

Even assuming that would be the case, you still have to wound the marine, meaning you only actually kill those 16 points about every four games, add 5+ cover an you kill one every six games. So they'll basically never going make their points back, even across multiple games.
Still, if you bring 6 combi-rokkits you're handicapping yourself by 30 points in two out of three games. Keep in mind that MANz already have a TL shoota and that rokkits can be bought everywhere for the same price as downgrading your shoota and getting a one-shot rokkit. Instead of those 6 combi-rokkits you could simply bring a kopta with TL rokkits, which can shoot whatever it feels like for as long as it stays alive, brings another two wounds that need to be killed.
Basically you should never field a combi-rokkit unless you are using Grukk.

Bosspole is a must unless you're running bullyboyz ofc. Nothing more is really needed. Killsaws are good but not mandatory. They shine vs something like a landraider but if the enemy has one, it's an even larger 'target mark' on your MAN'z truck.

Depends on the MANZ. If I was using them, U'd be very, very tempted to field them as Da Bully Boyz, who are Fearless - one of the best rules they could possibly have given Mega Armour.
I'd strongly support at least one set of Killsaws because even with loads of strength 8 attacks, stuff with AV13 and 14 doesn't always go down easy, but don't go nuts. Twin-Linked Shootas are not a bad weapon to stick with.
Kombi-Skorchas are great crowd control, but mega armour shouldn't be fighting crowds if you can avoid it - it's better to have a unit of mega armour and a unit of burna boyz than one unit attempting to do both jobs.
If you're fielding a Deffwing army - two Bully Boyz formations for a pure Mega Armoured force - then kombi-skorchas become worth it, as two or three can thin out a unit of hormagaunts or a guard platoon that might otherwise pin a mob down for the entire game.

There are two issues with bully boyz:
1) 600 points minimum
2) You need to own 15 MANz
If I had 15 MANz, I probably would field them as often as possible.
