Keep in mind grav isn't nearly as useful against vehicles as it once was. I would make 2 or 3 bike squads have meltaguns.

I would trade out MOST, but not all, the grav guns for melta. I would also get rid of the storm raven units in favor of some Thunderfire cannons and/or bike command squad with storm shields.

Something like this? I'm curious about the lightning claws on the command squad, they seem expensive. I have 20 points to spare at the moment, I could keep the storm shields but drop the claws and have 95 points to play with at that point.

For the command squad, I would replace the lightning claws with power fists. You need a unit with some punch.

Also, if you can find the points, putting the Thunderfire Cannons in Drop Pods might be useful.

I run something similar at 1500 points

khan + a 4 grav command squad w/ apoth
6 squads of 5 man bikers sgt w/ combis & melta bombs, 2 special weapons half grav and half melta
2 storm talons

going up higher points I add in 2 thunderfires and a inquistion allied warband (valkyrie divination inquisitor w/ servo skulls + bolter acolytes + psykers)

your second list looks good, if you have 95 pts to play with .... I would swap your command squad to a 4 grav unit (maybe keep a few storm shields) and drop the librarian then take a third thunderfire cannon. Having a 4 grav command squad means you really dont have to get into CC to do alot of damage (drops MCs with ease in one turn of shooting) the libby can be nice if you get invis but if you go up against eldar / nids theres a high chance that you aren't going to get power off due to your opponets having tons of deny dice. Try to fit in melta bombs and combis on all of your sergeants also.

If you do keep the libby drop the grav pistol for melta bombs.

So something like this? Exactly 2000 points.

That looks really nasty. Maybe drop the combi weapons on the grav bike sergeants to pay for another storm shield.

I think that last list is really nasty but the librarian can be a great utility. The really nasty psyker armies are nids and gk and you have enough grav to really maul either of them so the lib could possibly do good work with telepathy.
