I want a very good army composed of 1500 points
I have a doomsday ark, anhilation barge or ccb, 20 warriors, 5 scarab bases, 5 tesla immortals, doom or night scythe,2 overlords, 1 crypteck And 5 praetorians.
I can't spend 200 candian dollars max.

The good news is that you only have about 130 points left to spend.

The bad news is that five scarabs alone and five immortals alone do not useful units make.

My purchasing suggestions:

1 box Necron Warriors
1 box Necron Immortals

Use the Immortals to make Immortals, and then use the Warriors and the Deathmark bits to make Crypteks and Court Lords.

Leave the Scarabs on the shelf, and field something like;

+ HQ +

* Necron Overlord
(Ever-Living, Independent Character, Reanimation Protocols)
Mindshackle Scarabs (*), Sempiternal Weave (*), Warscythe
* Royal Court
* Harbinger of Despair
(Ever-Living, Reanimation Protocols)
Abyssal Staff (Shroud of Despair), Veil of Darkness (*)
* Harbinger of the Storm
(Ever-Living, Reanimation Protocols)
Voltaic Staff (Haywire)

* Necron Overlord
(Ever-Living, Independent Character, Reanimation Protocols)
Mindshackle Scarabs (*), Sempiternal Weave (*), Warscythe
* Royal Court
* Harbinger of Despair
(Ever-Living, Reanimation Protocols)
Abyssal Staff (Shroud of Despair), Veil of Darkness (*)
* Harbinger of the Storm
(Ever-Living, Reanimation Protocols)
Voltaic Staff (Haywire)

+ Elites +

* Triarch Praetorians
* 5x Triarch Praetorian
(Fearless, Reanimation Protocols)
5x Rod of Covenant

+ Troops +

* Necron Immortals
* 10x Necron Immortal
(Reanimation Protocols)
10x Tesla Carbine (Tesla Weapon)

* Necron Warriors
* 10x Necron Warrior
(Reanimation Protocols)
10x Gauss Flayer (Gauss Weapon)

* Necron Warriors
* 10x Necron Warrior
(Reanimation Protocols)
10x Gauss Flayer (Gauss Weapon)

+ Heavy Support +

* Annihilation Barge
(Living Metal, Quantum Shielding)
Gauss Cannon (Gauss Weapon), Twin-Linked Tesla Destructor (Arc, Tesla Weapon)

* Doom Scythe
(Living Metal, Supersonic)
Death Ray (*), Twin-Linked Tesla Destructor (Arc, Tesla Weapon)

* Doomsday Ark
(Living Metal, Quantum Shielding)
Doomsday Cannon, 2x Gauss Flayer Array (Gauss Weapon)

Set yourself up with:

Immortals (backfield objective)

Doomsday Ark (Backfield support)

Warriors (Overlord, Harbinger of Despair, Harbinger of Storms) (Deep Strike Offence)

Warriors (Overlord, Harbinger of Despair, Harbinger of Storms) (Deep Strike offence)

Annihilation Barge (Deep Strike support)

Praetorians (Deep Strike assassin)

The two squad boxes should set you back about $90C.

Hm, or just buy a Battleforce and get another Doomsday Ark for half price, but you won't be using it until you go above 1500 points.

Well, I'd consider an army like this:

Overlord
Cryptek
10 Warriors w/ Ghost Ark
5 Immortals w/ Night Scythe
10 Warriors w/ Night Scythe
5 Scarabs
3x Annihilation Barge
