Just wondering whether I've interpreted the new space wolves codex correctly

Am I right in thinking, from what it says in the codex that I could have 4 plasma weapons per squad?

For every five you can take a plasma gun, then it says one model may replace their bolt pistol with
Plasma pistol!? Then if that's not enough it says may upgrade one grey hunter to a wolf guard pack
Leader, and then he can take a combi plasma!!?

Surely ive read this wrong?

Why would that be wrong?
