Its my 1st Eldar list and I dont want to lose local store friends, so no Wrightknights. 4 WS might not be friendly so idk if I should run no more than 2-3 (I own 3).

Depending on how competitive your local environment is, they might take as much exception to 4 WS's as a WK.

The list as-is is very strong, but you could drop one of the wave serpents (spreading the DA into the other two squads, perhaps with some extra) and use the points for another unit of / expanding the existing unit of Warp Spiders (presumably they're the Guide targets? or do you roll Telepathy?) if you wanted to be more 'friendly'. If you find yourself needing more anti-tank (multiple WS's should be able to deal with light-medium vehicles) you could swap the SL's on the Walkers for BL's.
