Running low on fun ideas to try with my guard until the fluff list is built, so I will use my Blood Angels. I decided I want to just use all the termi models I can, while my special character terminators will be proxied. Haven't had that much luck with the basic 5-man TH/SS guys in the past, but now I have a Redeemer. I can't remember how many I can fit into it, but I don't think it takes 16 (bulky), so I'm just going to try Deep Striking them without it using the Augur Arrays. This is similar to a past list of mine Operation Dumbo Drop, which had mixed results, but didn't have terminators.

I know terminators shouldn't be thrown out there as a primary assault force (a 2+/3++ is only as good as your dice alow), but I want blood. They haven't been able to kill much yet, and I want to throw them at the enemy, and see what happens.

I'm interested in what you guys think of the list, so feel free to pick it apart, offer advice on any stratagies you see, or suggest any tweaks I could make.

I don't/didn't know why people are using them all, I just wanted to try. Also, the Reclusiarch gives re-rolls to hit on the charge, which when you hit like guardsman shoot is a good thing. Trust me, it's been used against me to great effect, and I cried(not really but you get my point).

For the IG/AM/Humans wearing cardboard boxes, I just wanted chimeras with augur array. I was going to fit a Landraider in here, but ran out of points so I said screw it, they're deepstriking without it.

I see your point. Also, I went back and remembered that Army Builder likes to add guys to your SM squads instead of just giving one of them a special weapon, so I had a few points there.

Dropped the Recl, and Commissar. Grabbed a Primaris Psyker, and gave the Vets 2 meltaguns. Had enough room to squeeze in a Crusader. This is looking fun, and useful. Can't wait to try it out on Thursday.

Also, I'm renaming this Operation to Operation Dumbo Drop 2. Here's hoping with 2 augurs this time I'll get it in on target!
