Just finished this one up.
It's a House Degallio Imperial Knight Paladin that is oathsworn to the Space Wolves, specifically Logan Grimnar's Great Company.
It's got a lot of the House Degallio crests and honours, but has been in service with the Space Wolves for many years (and many campaigns). As such, he has picked up a little bit of their flair, to include eschewing the white paint for SW colors.

If you're talking about the main shield, that's a rather large bit (as is) from the Stormwolf kit, affixed to the existing shield. The bit itself is very busy, so that's why it may seem cluttered/muddy. However, I don't think the pictures do it justice.

The transfers are from the Imperial Knight transfer special sheet. They were a limited run, so I bought 5x and now they're almost impossible to find. I also used transfers from the SW vehicle sheet.
