Just had the following claim by our resident eldar player and couldn't find anything online to discredit it. Bare in mind I'm not a eldar player so I'm not down on all there funky stuff. Just looking for abit of yes that's fine or no it's BS.
Here's what he said :-
Rangers due to battle focus can move and shoot there sniper rifles. All comes down to word trickery. Says a hvy weapon which moves in the movement phase can only snap shot in the following phase. So rangers stay still in movement phase and use battle focus to move an shoot in shooting phase!
To add to Bob's response, it is very explicitly stated in the Battle Focus rule.
Either he's cheating, or he didn't read the entire rule. To be fair, it IS two whole paragraphs of rules...so maybe he got tired halfway through....

nice one thanks guys, he'll prob still argue the toss but atleast i can shut him down. ill have to get the full write up so i can keep it simple and point it out for him :-D
