I want to try out my first painting challenge, but I am having a hard time finding an army to paint for it, any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated, im open to painting warhammer fantasy, 40k, warmachine, hordes, malifaux, and infinity

a Forge world Reaver titan would be interesting considering I've never painted something so large before, as for themes though it is Octobers challenge I may do a Halloween theme like Cryx, or vamp counts

I'm assuming it's a personal challenge with no rules or theme then?
Both Heldorado and Wyrd miniatures have got some nice spooky stuff.

some of my favorite minis in my collection...
i go for the human minis, but some of the demons may be good for a Halloween challenge...

Cryx are nice and creepy, and will probably see more use than Heldorado minis game-wise...

there are also some Rackham Confrontation Pixie Tricksters floating around on eBay...
very cool pumpkin-headed little dudes...

If it's Halloween themed, do Malifaux! Go with a McMourning crew for Frankenstein/Zombie themes, Lilith for Monsters/Gargoyles, Pandora for creepy kids and weird little critters. There's sure to be something cool for you.
