I think an mc heavy eldar list could be competitive with the right support. Here's what I came up with from models that i have. What do you guys think?

maybe swap the vyper for a scatter laser and suncannon on the wraithknight? You have 6 bright lances in the list and only really the wraithguard for tough infantry

I think coming up with lists with the models I have is rarely a good way to make a competitive list.

Yours is full of "I've got this model" choices, basically trashing 30% of your points in not really competitive things.

Worst offenders would be Vyper, wraithlord, avatar I guess.

They are the only lists I actually play with however..

I could see the vyper being a bit out of place, I was going to use it as mobile cover for the wraithknight as it covers 25% of him but he can draw line of sight over it.

Well then: it cannot be competitive, there are too many things holding it back.

If you have other units in stock that could take the place of the worst offenders I cited, you may be able to make it more competitive.

Well, Wraithlords are meh, since their damage output is too small.
The enemy will ignore them if possible.

Given the comments I've changed up the list a bit. Tell me what you think. and btw with 4 powers from runes of battle I have a pretty good chance of getting renew to heal my avatar, knight or wraithlord 1 wound per turn.

mostly I j just swapped out one wraithlord for 2 warwalkers, that I don't have yet, and the vyper for the suncanon on the wraithknight

If you don't have it yet, you should consider a second WK or Wave Serpent

Or a wraithseer!
