Hello i m planning to build a feral orks codex by gathering all the information on the internet .
I don t know but if iut s done for non commercial use i could make it open to the public?? The most work isn t from me but i will honor the sources.

As long as you don't copy paste directly from copyrighted material, and don't sell it for money, it should be fine. People make fandexes all the time. The old chapter approved list can also be found online, and would make a handy reference. It's way outdated and not printed anymore (which is why GW doesn't zealously take it down wherever it's found), but it shows many of the types of units that Feral Orks would have, and roughly what their rules would look like. The list is somewhat limited, so feel free to make your own additions too.
