I'm slightly confused on the Space Wolf Warlord Tactics. I understand the Warlord may take the Warlord Tactics they have or roll on the SW Tactics table or the rulebook's tactics table. But then do all of the other named HQ leaders lose their Warlord Tactics?
I find it sad that they renamed the old SW Saga powers and now call them Warlord Tactics instead of making up new Tactics for the SW. I guess some of these are the same as other races tactics but I was hoping for better ones than the old Saga powers.

I assume you mean the characters with set warlord traits.
These characters don't roll, they have the Warlord Trait listed in their entry, assuming you nominate that model to be your Warlord..
