I currently have three Necron lists that I've put together and currently having difficulty deciding which one to go with. I play multiple armies so I only buy models I need for a designated list. Usually gameplay is casual.
List 1 :
Destroyer Lord with Weave & Shackles
10 Immortals with Gauss
8 Immortals with Telsa
8 Immortals with Telsa
5 Wratihs with whips
2 Annihilation Barges

List 2 :
Overlord with weave, shifter, scythe, & orb
Lord with scythe, weave, shifter, & orb
20 Warriors
10 Immortals
Annihilation Barge

List 3 :
Nemessor Z
10 Warriors
9 Warriors
Stalker
7 Immortals
2 Heavy Destroyers

The first list is probably marginally the best of these lists. But none of them are strong, or play to Necron strengths. You lack mobility in all the lists. At 1,000 points you should have at least one transport. Probably a Ghost Ark, as you clearly like to run infantry. You won't win games if you can't get around.

I was under the "Kill it with Guass" mindset. Though if you have a list rewrite I'm game.
