So my brother went off on holiday for a few days, so decided to myself to get him his preacher painted and one other model that will be kept until Tuesday night to be shown on DakkaDakka

After a few hours of painting non stop, finally completed the Preacher that will be acting as a priest to the Astra Militarum priest and here is his in full view






I am not as good as painting human faces then I am at doing Chaos based models but personally, I think I've managed to do a very great looking face and eyes

Would love to hear your views and comments his base is the cork that is under him done in the Cities of Death style

Damn, he looks angry! Very good, all I'd do is add something to the chainsword, like stripes or scripts, as at the moment it's a little plain.

Now you come to mention it... It could use something as its only had highlights on edge of it. Will add something onto it later on or tomorrow when come up with how to do the stripes on it or something Priest like

So gone over the ChainSword now to add four stripes of brighter Red on both sides, went over in red wash as to not 100% dominate the dark & given the number of the Cadian Company he is aiding

Looks solid. A very red and very angry priest, I'm sure the guardsmen will be happy to have him along

I prefer some more shading on my models, but this looks solid.

Did give some higher areas of the robe & face some brighter version to give it a clear view of the raised sections Not used to painting models as this one is like.
