The IK has strikedown and if the stubber hits a Flying MC wile Flying would he have to take a difficult terrain or a dangerous terrain test due to strikedown got changed in 7th edition that now effects any non-vehicles model this meens now FGC/GC and FMC/MC can be effected unless there is a rule i am missing but i have checked 3 times and cant seem to find it in the rule section and the profile sections for each unit.

Strikedown on a model does not effect its ranged weaponry any way.

If the model has the USR, only its close combat attacks use it.

The weapon itself would need the USR for it to be in effect.

Ah okey thanks for clearing that up another thing whats the point now of strikedown if it makes the person it hit take difficult terrain?

In addition, MCs have Move Through Cover so they ignore dangerous terrain tests.
