So I went to my local comic shop who sells about anything, so yesterday I went to them and I found a box hidding on the lowest shelf with little boxes and models ( every little box has its own model) in it and on this box was written " 50 % off" I was a happy guardsem in this moment, and there were many models, I remember seeing space marine scouts ( metal model) and there were catachan commanders ( the one from p.72 in the AM codex, the guy right beside the image of Harker, who has a kind of power fist) and many other models ( WH40K and Warhammer fantasy), I bought pistoliers from Warhammer Fantasy ( cause they look cool ).

But it would be a shame that they are just laying around there and nobody can have them a this price and I think that they don't really exist anymore ( on the official website ). But are there people who might be interested in those models at lower prices ? And there are many. What do you guys suggest ?

OOP minis that are still decent tend to do quite well on eBay, and if there's anything there you like the look of, just buy it, paint it up and stick it on a shelf. As a general rule, when you see GW product you want and it's at such a good price, it's worth getting as it's the cheapest you're going to get it. For example, I got my entire Inq detachment for about £35 in a 50% off sale.

Buy before some other lucky sod finds them!

Second hand OOP models are unlikely to resell for much more than 50% original value unless by chance their is some rare collectors model there. The time you put into buying resell inane shipping, even at the best price, is unlikely to be worth the slim profit margin you stand to make.

Buy them if you plan to use them. Otherwise, point interested parties in the direction.

Plus, verify that the prices are accurate. Anyone can say something is 50% off a price no longer available to check! seems like an excellent way to sell OOP models.

I don't know, 4,50 euros for a high elf lord on a mount, I think the price is alright, but buying them and offering them to the Warhammmer and 40k community by selling them ( at normal prices ), it's morer like doing more a favour for you guys.
