I understand this isn't probably going to make me a lot of friends. But I'm dying to get my hands on a warhound titan. But there's no point shelling out for one if I can't use it. So am I right in thinking that you can use them in normal games of 40k now that the rules for super heavies are included? And do they just use the Lord of war slot? I understand some tournaments won't allow them but I'm not asking that....

Under the couch

You can use anything that is listed as a LoW in a standard game.

Having said that, it's still going to be best to discuss it with your opponent before the game, as a lot of players aren't a big fan of having super-heavies in the standard game.

Yes it is. Be aware that some opponents won't want to play it, but I imagine many will still long as you explain beforehand. Fear of the unknown is largely why FW/LoW get a bad press, so alleviate that and you should be OK.
