Hello! I am the Tournament Organizer for my local store. I have an event coming up and am making lists incase there is an odd number of players and I have to play. I want the list to be decent (so I enjoy playing) but not so insane that I crush people who are actually playing. I want both feed back as to make the list better but don't want to just go crazy either. Thanks

I am submitting a few lists with the above text so people can tell me what they like and what's not over the top.

I honestly like this list. The only issue I think you have is armor 13 and 14. I would take a multi melta on the dread and some melta guns on the tac squads

I have been trying to figure out how to use my dark angles and I think this may be a good start. A pod on the dread might be good too if you go with the MM.

Almost everything looks solid except the Dark Shroud:
1) The assault cannon upgrade is a waste, if you want this AV10 2HP vehicle to survive, it's going to spend the game Jinking.
2) The whole thing is a bit of a waste, ideally you want several squads to benefit from the Stealth, but with only one Jink-capable squad, and no Aegis, I don't see the point in just not bringing more bodies in other squads.

You're a bit light on anti-AV14 and (to a lesser extent) flyers. Whilst the chance of everyone bringing much AV14 to a 1000pts tourney is small, but there's usually one person just to rock-paper-scissors people who didn't pack any melta. Flyers could be dealt with by getting the Knights into the rear arc.

Points saved on the Shroud could go to give the Dread a bit more ranged punch (he's going to be left in the dust with the speed of the rest of the army) such as twin-las and a ML, adding a few more bodies to the tactical squads and maybe some meltabombs.

Your sub-total is off for the libby (65 rather than 95) - but your total is correct, so no issues there.

I think that's what I will play. Want to be solid but not super competitive. Hope for few flyers! lol
