so when i first watched th movie Avatar, I thought it would be awesome to make an army that worked like the humans in avatar - mech suits, fliers, bigger fliers, lots of guns.

So I got to thinking recently, what army would best represent it? I have no imperial armies, nor tau, so I've no starting point to work from. the options I've come up with are:

Elysian Drop Troopers: flier heavy army, nothing mech-y though, besides sentinels.
Grey knights: They have the mech suits, and it'd be an easy enough conversion, not sure how many fliers they have now, though.
tau: allowing for forgeworld, they have a lot of different fliers to play with. they also have the riptide, which can be a mech walker, but they have grav-vehicles with is somewhat less Avatar-esque.

I don't want to buy more than 1 new army (as it's £30 just for a book) so i'm looking for ideas regarding what would do best in this theme, and what's seen the least - I've not heard shining reports about tau airforce, i might take up that challenge...
