Is there a list anywhere (preferably in £) of what the old codes were and what they are now?

A bit of both care and luck with a search engine might turn up what you're looking for. I know that some of the old price code lists are still out there as I've accidentally stumbled across them from time to time.

But officially, no.

There's nothing I can find on Google.

I did find this: http://www.wargamestore.com/news/flames-of-war-price-rise.html

Yeah, unfortunately whenever I stumble across one of their old price charts, it's while I'm in the process of looking for something else.

With US prices, it looks like items $20 and less went up by 50 cents.

Items from over $20 to $30 went up $1.

Items from $45 to $55 went up $2.

Since PSC, Zvesda et al aren't putting their prices up it's worse for BF than it is for us.

Since the price increase is only for the metal and resin models there's probably not a huge overlap with what is available from PSC and Zvedza in plastic.

No, it's just not a huge overlap between what PSC has in plastic and what Battlefront has that still in resin and metal that would sell in big quantities that people weren't already buying from PSC.

I'd agree with that sentiment. I'm well tempted to rebuild my late war Soviets as early war by swapping the tanks out for early war alternatives from Zvesda's plastics.
