GW is scared of girls. Why do you think they have so much trouble sculpting attractive female models? Because girls have cooties and the staff at GW don't like looking at them for too long because it makes them feel funny in their naughty place.

The only Command Benefits listed for the GK NSF are Rites of Teleportation and Brotherhood Commander.

As Objective Secured is listed for Combined Arms and Allied detachments and the NSF is a unique detachment, I would say they do not get it.

The Command Benefits for that Detachment do not include Objective Secured.

Objective Secured is not a Rule granted to all by default, it is a Command Benefit that some Detachments have.
Is it a Command Benefit listed for this Detachment?

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures.

That is a negative, Nemesis Strike Force does not list Objective Secured therefore, the GKs loose it should they take this Detachment. It sucks but the benefits far outweigh loosing Objective Secured.

A better question is why would you assume they would get OS

A lot of people have assumed/misread/misunderstood and believe (wrongly) that "any battleforged army gets Objective Secured".

At the moment this is correct for about 70-80% of armies, as the only detachments they have access to are the Combined Arms Detachment and the Allied Detachment.

As 7th edition goes on and other armies get their equivalent of the Ork Horde, Nemesis Strike Force, etc and/or get Formation Detachments, people will get their head around how command benefits work.

It's part of the tradeoff for getting 1st turn reserves and the Rites of Teleportation. It'd be too awesome if it also gave your deepstriking terminators ObSec.
