Is the Eldar Lynx worth it in a 2000 point game given it's now 400+ points and lost some AV on front and side, 12 down to 11?

If your conscience won't let you take a Revenant Titan then it's a good alternative.

Lol I think the Revenant is just bad tactically with that kind of point cost game.

Oh hell yes. In one turn a sonic lance can make back that many points back. With the new scatter laser rules, you have a hellstorm torrent template that wounds on 3+ and rerolls wounds (better than 2+ to wound) AP2 and ignoring cover. Oh, and it can fly if you are not in a good position to use it on your turn or its taken some damage and you really want to keep it alive.

Pulse Laser would be better anti-tank wouldn't it? Automatically Appended Next Post: Pulsar rather.

The Lynx is insanely good, just don't go second on turn 1, and if you do, against an opponent that could alpha strike it, deploy it in good cover, it can still move and wreak devastation the next turn.

Or reserve it and then walk it on turn 2

That means you either rely on luck or spend some points on reserve management.
Either is viable, but should be taken into account.

can neither confirm nor deny I lost track of what I've got right now. |

Against drop pod marines for example and maybe gravstar going first I would reserve it. In his list he has a autarch as a cheap HQ inside a serpent, so I would be confident enough that it would arrive on time.
