I've been building my Ogre Army up over the last month, but now my family have gone and bought me a crazy amount of GW Gift Vouchers for my birthday.

So now I have no idea what to get.

So far, I've got a converted BSB and a full Battalion.

I'm going to get a second Battalion as it's the most cost effective to build the army and I have a ton of Ogres left over, but what else should I get?

I've got £40 left, so would a pair of Ironblasters or a two boxes of Mournfangs be better?

My girlfriend and kids have bought me all my characters, so I don't need those.

Any help?

I personally would go for the mournfangs as I've had way better luck with the mornfang and far more use out of them.

That may just be me though as other people seem to swear by the ironblaster so maybe I just roll badly for it.

Alternatively you could do one box of each.

If I were you I'd get 2 boxes of the mournfang cavalry and then save up for an ironblaster later.
The cavalry in 4-6 is a good sized unit.

I agree you could buy one of each but I think a unit of 2 is just to small for the cavalry.

Mournfangs are best in units of four. You also want two iron blasters.

Which you get first is up to you.

If you're starting small, as in low point games, then mournfangs I think are a better choice. They can scale up rather easily and are good no matter the points and no matter who you're facing. Ironblaster is a great unit, but it's still primarily a cannon. If you're not facing stuff that cares about that overmuch (like mass infantry which happens in smaller games), then you'd rather have the versatility of your Donkey Riders.

I'm going to echo the calls for Mournfang. They are awesome. Go for a unit of 4 or 6.

Then ironblasters.
