Every time I use GW's paints I think to myself about how it seems like their pots are pointedly designed to bring excessive paint/air contact about. It annoys the hell out of me because it reduces the longevity of the paint itself.

I bought some Reaper Master Series paints literally 5 years ago, put them into storage and they're still compltely usable for anything mini related. GW pots purchased at the same time and used the same amount were almost universally unusable when I unpacked them, save for 2 pots that I can use as a "technical" (meaning dried out and sticky) drybrushing paint.

Anyway....IMO the pot design is a very crude way to boost company profits by way of "planned obsolescence"....IE the paint drying put faster (and requiring replacement) because of excessive contact with air.
