So, today a friend of mine went ahead and gave me the Reaper Miniatures C'thulhu, and i have to say im quite impressed in its quality and detail for being a bones miniature. so i've went ahead and asembled all the parts i want together right now, and will prime it up grey befor the end of the night.

Im so pumped to paint this big guy. i has bin so long since I've gotten to paint anything of my own XD

Honestly, I'm finding that the Bones mini's take paint VERY nicely and show detail quite well.

Also hail mighty Cthulu as he slumbers in the ancient city of Ryleh.

Looking forward to see your results!

Just do not make him look like that Reaper example - it looks like someone in a spray-painted latex costume lost at Comicon, not like an ancient and evil god from under the seas...

I would also love to see some conversion work (more tentacles, sea grass hanging down, dead fish, etc...) You like doing that sort of thing?

I also like his tiny wings. You can't fly with those tiny wings Cthulhu, you big silly.

How to paint Skeletons the way I do if that's something you'd fancy trying.
