My name is Gianluca, I am writing you from Italy.
I have bought some elements form www.hoardobits.com, one of my 2 orders paid in date 2014/09/04, still resulting as pending, not sure why, but I have the impression it might be frozen because I omit to indicate the Number of order reference on PAYPAL, the strangest that my other order has been processed immediately in date 2014/09/05, I have an issue to contact the vendor at this e-mail address hoard@hoardobits.com, I get no answers, I tried to contact him on EBAY, giving all my references, but without any success.
Someone can advise me on how to manage this issue and contact this vendor he is not available on his contacts references?

This happened to me once with Horde. It turned out his computer had died and he needed a few extra days to replace it and get his system up and running again. (And he sent some extra bitz in that order as an apology, too.)

Give him a bit more time. I've never had him fail me, and I've ordered quite a few bitz from him over the years.

HOB is slow to reply to messages. Just look at their ebay feedback for evidence of that.

That being said, while they are a bit slow, I have always received excellent service from them.

Agreed. I have about 15 successful orders with Hoard O Bits.

I had an order delayed once by two weeks because the online inventory was incorrect and he was out of the bit I ordered, and had to get the figures and bits cut before he could send my order.

how many days ago did you send the email???

just made my first order with them a couple of weeks ago, and the response to emails using the address you have was within 24 hours...
i ordered my minis the day before a long weekend...
i gave them three days before i wrote to check if my package had been sent, and got an email the next day saying it was shipped...
the package arrived three or four days later...

i wouldn't hesitate to order from them again...

i hope you get a response soon, because you definitely have the right contact info...

Also, be wary of raising a paypal dispute (if it comes to that) if you ever want to use their service again. People who raise paypal disputes tend to be banned from their store regardless of who was at fault.

I remember that it took me almost a week to get a message back from them one time. Another time, I got the wrong piece in the mail, called them, emailed them, then got the replacement before I got a response.

Ive used HoB for 3 years, sometimes I get the bits in 4 days, sometimes its two weeks, But they always send them, and well packed.

Yeah, this unfortunately happened to me. He vastly overcharged me on shipping for an order, but I decided it was my fault for not doing a combined checkout, and I dropped the claim. However, he automatically banned me from his auctions as a result which is extreme, to say the least! And which means that bulletbits gets all my bits money on ebay as a result, instead (since they offer almost all the same items).

I have ordered from the HOB website on occasion, as it's a hair cheaper than his ebay prices (which are usually not the lowest) which makes it attractive, but you don't have the protection of using ebay.

He's a good source of bits, just hard to communicate with when it is (rarely) needed.

Horde is rough on people who contest charges or give low ratings because when he was getting started he ran into a couple customers who kept buying from him.... but contested everything and tried to extort free stuff out of him by threatening to give low ratings.

Some people just ruin it for everyone else...
