There was a large sourcebook "Outlanders" officially released - there was also quite a lot of bits and pieces in the Journal and other offical publiacaitons

It doesn't really work like that for old specialist games. There's essentially three tiers of rules: the original rulebooks, things published in Black Library/Fanatic Press publications, community releases.

There's also four different editions of Necromunda, as far as I know:

The original rulebook and sourcebook

Necromunda: Underhive

The slightly updated version of Necromunda: Underhive known as "The Living Rulebook" (used to be available as a PDF on GW's site)

The unofficial Community Edition.

What you personally consider official from the magazines is up to you

Search for "yakromunda" on Google. You'll find a repository of pretty much everything published for Necromunda in there.

Necromunda Rulebook

Necromunda Sourcebook

Necromunda Outlanders

Anything else is optional. These 3 books are all you need
