I am very interested in the anniversary book of the Rise of the Runelords campaign path, as it would make my intro to GMing for my group much easier. But I will be using a non-Pathfinder d20 rules system (Heroes against Darkness).

Would I run into major snags by using the fluff from Rise of the Rulelords, but with approximate/appropriate monster stats from HaD? Other than monster stats and Hero skills, it uses the pretty ubiquitous D20 rules for skill checks, other than small things like the removal of confirming crits (crits in HaD automatically do the max weapon damage), etc.

Anything that would be extremely Pathfinder-centric that I would have to worry about?

Looking at my Skull and Shackles AP that should work. I've considered using SaS as the basis for a Palladium (very different to any D20 system) campaign but have never felt like doing the total mechanical rebuild that would require.
