Beating Centurions with Orks?

Just a quick question, what are the best ways to defeat Centurions when playing Orks? Do they perform well in combat?

What type of centurions? There are assault ones and devastator ones with many types of weaponry. If you're talking about a gravcent-star, i beat them by simply bringing a 6+ footslogging horde

Sometimes, you don't even need killing stuff to beat it.

As above, totally depends on the type.

Grav centurions are little to no problem for you. Just throw basic boys at them. Let the boys keep taking the hits whilst the PK nob goes to town.

Assault centurions are much more of a problem for you. With their large number of bolter shots annd flamers, their shooting can hurt your troops a lot. (though remember they do not get over watch).
I guess the quickest way to remove them would be Nob bikers with a warboss and some PKs, though they will do a lot of damage to you in return.
Another way would be to just blast them with those new Str 8 plasma cannons the orks have, though the issue here is that the enturions are often hidden inside a landraider.

Grav centurions? Charge'm. They arent much better than standard marines. Have a warboss punch'm dead in one hit for better effect.

I dont think anyone ever ever EVER fields the assault variant, as they have the same issue as my Broadsides. Technically very durable, but once exposed the ranged AP2 weapons pick them off in a heartbeat since they have no invul.
