With all the hair tendrils and spikes and sword/claws protruding everywhere, how do you guys transport this model to and from games without it breaking? You cant even wrap it in a towel for christ sakes.. lol

I'd say magnetize it to a plate (to keep it from bouncing around), put a ridge around the base on the plate (to keep the base from sliding around) and then encase it in foam.

The foam is to keep everything else from colliding with it, the magnets and base securing are to keep the model safe from the foam.

I noticed that the plastic glue label recommends wearing something akin to a hazmat suit when handling the glue. I have been using it for years and never used gloves or anything nor do I know anyone who does. ShouldI be worried for my health?

Well, there's a slight risk of gluing something together with it. Only slight, mind.

I would use an inverted plastic container. Attach the base to the inside of the lid, then place the container over the model. You will need to find a way to mount the base so that it stays secure and doesn't slide around. That's the part that would have been easier prior to assembly and paint, tho Industrial grade velcro or rare earth magnets would probably be your best options.

Just carry your big naked mutant Barbie doll everywhere you go in one fist and stare down anyone that objects. God gave you hands and the devil gave you 40k, put em both to use.

my option for carting that kind of thing around is that i have custom BF foam trays, Though if you got some pluck foam that would work just as well.

also though i support the bottom of my models, eg say helldrakes with tissues in the bottom of the trays so any hanging spikeage also has room to sit down.
so basically propping up the thinner parts, and leaving the messy bits to dangle within.
