Hey Guys,

Just trying to build my first 1000pt VC army, wondering what you guys think of this as a base?

Not sure whether to just go the one Vampire and beef him up a bit or both Necro and vampire.

Necromancer ML 2
Vampire ML 2

20 x Crypt Ghouls
10 x Dire Wolves
20x Skeleton Warriors

3 x Vargheists

1 x Terrorgheist w/ Rancid Maw

I assume the Necromancer is going with the skeletons? In which case I suggest replacing them with a bigger unit of zombies. Not only is it a bigger bunker, but it can be raised past the cap.

Hmm I really didn't want to use zombies, I really dislike the unit and the model and don't really suit the theme of my army, so ideally I'd like to use the other troop options.

Don't really have to use the zombie models for zombies, you can just get some core units from your regular opponents armies and with a bit of green stuff and conversion and make your own (because waste not, want not right?).
